Forgiven Rival signs with Indianola Records

Australian band Forgiven Rival has recently signed:
Forgiven Rival and the gang at Cartel Music Management are excited to announce the union of Forgiven Rival (Australia) and Indianola Records. Indianola Records, credited for uncovering and releasing bands including Evergreen Terrace, A Day to Remember, Across Five Aprils, This Runs Through and Casey Jones, discovered Melbourne’s Forgiven Rival amongst a mountain of label applications and were unanimously keen to get the ball rolling on a US release.

Matt Shelton of Indianola Records said “Signing a band of this calibre and work ethic is why Indianola Records was started in the first place. We are extremely excited to be working with Forgiven Rival and bring them to the United Sates. Joel, Simeon, Peter, Andrew and Lee have worked very hard to get to where they are and we want to help them take the next step”. After a short and painless negotiation, Forgiven Rival are proud to be the first non-US band to be released through Indianola, and are excited about working with the team.

In the coming months, Indianola will release “This is a War” in the US, with bonus tracks, The Grey (previously unreleased), and a new forthcoming single, recorded at Complex Studios with Roman Koester exclusively for the US release.

Distributed through number 1 independent US distributor Koch, the album will also include bonus video footage and new artwork. Forgiven Rival are excited about the year ahead and look forward to taking their music into the United States backed by the fine team at Indianola Records
